Villa Principe Leopoldo & Residence is located on the "Collina d'Oro", a residential area dominating the city and its bay and is at only 3 Km from the Lugano South exit on the A2 motorway.

This boutique Hotel consists in 37 rooms and suites in the Villa and 38 in the Residence, all airy and decorated with great taste, extremely bright, roomy and comfortable; all rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden or the lake of Lugano. Both new renovated spacious and bright, Lake Suites enjoy a breathtaking view on Lake Lugano. Located on the floor below the main terrace of the Villa, these rooms have a surface of about 130 sq metres (about 1.350 sqft).
