Conceived by architect Jean-Michel Gathy, Cheval Blanc Randheli is an invitation to experience French “Art de Recevoir”. The Maison has been conceived in synergy with the island’s natural surroundings, lush vegetation and lagoon views. Contemporary yet indigenous, graceful and understated, it is the perfect balance of modern architecture and traditional inspirations.
Located in the Noonu Atoll, Island Randheli reveals an extraordinary vegetation. In this protected environment which combines ephemeral flowers and majestic trees, nature reveals rich, opulent, lush and changes with the seasons, reserving each visit a unique vegetal decoration. Aboard the private plane, leather interiors and high technology equipment welcome passengers for a 40-minute panoramic voyage that will undoubtedly make a mark. The flight is made comfortable and restful with a cooling kit for each guest, which includes Cheval Blanc Randheli towels, amenities and bottles of ‘Island Chic’ scented water.
Cheval Blanc Randheli represents a contemporary vision of the Maldives. Architect Jean-Michel Gathy has conceived of uniquely designed spaces skillfully combining local traditions with the finest materials to create a stunning modern and graphical structure that is in complete harmony with its pristine and natural surrounding. The new hotel consists of 45 villas in three styles - Garden Villas that are stilted but with a private tropical garden space, Water Villas offering multiple terraces over the sea, and Island Villas which feature an outdoor dining pergola. Guests can swim in their vast private villa swimming pool, sunbathe on their private white sand beach, enjoy a live-cooked dinner in the garden, or relax on a daybed on their pontoon right over the lagoon all in the intimacy of their villa.
Each visit to this island dedicated to well-being and relaxation is a sensory journey. A dhoni disembarks guests on the shores of the Spa island where Guerlain has created a range of treatments and massages specially adapted to the Maldives, exclusively for Cheval Blanc Randheli. These rituals can be discovered alone or as a couple in one of the six treatment villas overlooking the lagoon.
