Annandale lies on the Banks Peninsula, south of Christchurch. Off the tourist trail, in area of exceptional natural beauty, it can be reached either in a 4WD by scenic road in 40 minute, or spectacular helicopter flight. Shepherd's Cottage is a 30 minute drive from the entrance of the property.
There is a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower
in a shed-roofed extension, while the living and dining room occupy the main part of the ground floor with the fireplace at one end. The entire attic floor is a spacious bedroom.
