Belmond announces South America’s first luxury sleeper train

The Belmond Andean Explorer in Peru will be South America’s first luxury sleeper train, and is expected to cover terrains like none other. One of the highest train journeys on earth will start its journey in May 2017. The route will include some natural treasures on its routes, and passengers can choose one of four journeys. Cabins are all en-suite, meals are locally sourced and there is an open deck – plus a bar with cocktail chairs.
