The villa is composed of two levels. On the first level there is a living and sitting area with fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and guest bathroom. Upper level has one master bedroom en suite with separate office area and direct access to a private terrace. Two independent guesthouses each featuring one double bedroom en suite and one twin bedroom en suite. Independent Guest suite has one double bedroom en suite and small sitting area. The villa is stylishly decorated in tones of white and beige offering a soothing brightness without being minimalistic.
On the outdoors of the villa there is a beautifully designed L-Shaped swimming pool with lounging areas. You can enjoy relaxing time in Mediterranean garden or the various lounging and sitting areas. Passing your private gate, you are just a few steps away from a beautiful small pebble beach and from a secluded sandy beach.
