Explore the stunning city of San Francisco and in the evening dine at the acclaimed Murray Circle, noted for its wine list.
Today enjoy a morning at the Murray Circle Cooking School. In the afternoon enjoy an optional sail across the Golden Gate Bay, passing Alcatraz, the city skyline and the bay's inlets and islands.
Today head north and into Napa Valley, offering some of California's very best wines - especially Cabernet Sauvignon. Begin your private tasting at the intimate Hall Rutherford winery, whose wine was voted the second best in the world by Wine Spectator in 2011. For lunch head to Auberge Du Soleil and enjoy a wonderful feast on the terrace in this Michelin starred restaurant. In the afternoon head to Opus One, the pioneer of Napa wines set up by Baron Philippe de Rothschild and Robert Mondavi. Enjoy a tasting in their spectacular cellar. If your stomach allows dinner is served in the three-starred restaurant of your hotel Meadowood.
Today check out some private wineries that are closed to the public. In the evening you could dine at the world famous three-starred French Laundry restaurant in Yountville.
The Sonoma valley on the other side of the Mayacamas Mountains is the regional home to Pinot Noir. Once again we can introduce you to some special wineries including Loxton Cellars, Ravenswood Winery and Landmark Vineyard. Spend the night at the Carneros Inn located where the Sonoma and Napa Valleys meet.
Head to the picturesque town of Big Sur to stay at the Post Ranch Inn, visiting wineries in Carmel Valley enroute.
Relax in Big Sur, in the evening enjoy a memorable dinner hovering over the Pacific Ocean at Sierra Mar, the restaurant at Post Ranch Inn.
Today take a private insider access tour of Hearst Castle, one of the most visited attractions in the state. End the day in Santa Barbara.
