Mountain Meets Design in Italy

Opening today, the last of six Messner Mountain Museums will open in Corones, in the Dolomite Mountains of Italy. Designed by the architect Zaha Hadid, the eye-catching, 10,700-square-foot Messner Mountain Museum Corones perches atop Mount Kronplatz at roughly 7,500 feet.
