Four Seasons to Open Resort on Zanzibar

The new-build Four Seasons Resort Zanzibar will include 60 private villas with one- to three-bedroom configurations. Accommodations will have an interior design by MOMA and eco.id, each with views of the Indian Ocean across the 126-acre beachfront property. The resort will feature five dining venues, including a lobby lounge and bar, a poolside grill, a Mediterranean all-day restaurant, a signature seafood spot with beachside views, and a Levantine grill specializing in wood-fire cuisine. Amenities include a sprawling oceanfront pool with cabana service, a complimentary Kids For All Seasons program, water sports, local excursions, fitness facilities, meeting spaces, and a spa with five private treatment rooms and an outdoor cabana for open-air treatments.

The first Orient Express hotel set to open in Rome

Opening in spring 2025, Orient Express La Minerva will debut in Rome’s historic Piazza della Minerva, steps from the Pantheon. Housed in the 17th-century Palazzo Fonseca, the property underwent a meticulous restoration led by architect Hugo Toro. Originally built in 1620 as the Fonseca family residence and later transformed into a hotel in 1811, it will feature 93 rooms, including 36 suites and four Signature Suites offering stunning views of the Pantheon and Piazza della Minerva.

Aman Resorts is bringing its renowned luxury to the UAE with the launch of Aman Dubai in 2027-28, set to be the city's most opulent hotel. The resort will feature cascading gardens, infinity pools, and an indulgent Aman Spa, blending minimalist aesthetics with Arabian hospitality. Inspired by the UAE landscape, the resort will boast desert-toned hues and expansive terraces, some with private pools. The safari experts at andBeyond are launching a new expedition yacht in the Galápagos Islands this summer.

The luxury travel company focused on conservation, &Beyond, has revealed its expansion of the South America portfolio by introducing an expedition yacht in the Galapagos Islands. Named the &Beyond Galapagos Explorer, the 38m (124 ft) yacht will offer two 7-night routes, covering the eastern and western regions of the renowned Galapagos Islands. With only six suites and cabins available, the yacht will accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, with two expert guides accompanying each departure.

Cheval Blanc unveils its new opening in the Seychelles for 2024

Cheval Blanc expands globally with the upcoming launch of Cheval Blanc Seychelles in autumn 2024, situated along the scenic Anse Intendance beach on Mahé Island. Designed by architect Jean-Michel Gathy, this modern retreat pays homage to creole traditions and the natural environment. The property will house 52 villas, ranging from 220 to 1,950 square meters, each featuring a private pool and stunning views of the beach, hills, or tropical jungle.

Cheval Blanc Seychelles embraces an artistic ambiance, showcasing exclusive pieces crafted for the location. Notable artworks include Prune Nourry's Centauresse sculpture at the entrance and Joël Andrianomearisoa's works in each villa. The culinary experience is a five-part composition featuring Mizumi, Vivamento, Sula, Le 1947, and Le White, each offering a unique dining atmosphere.

The Seychelles Maison provides a Spa Cheval Blanc with Guerlain well-being rituals, along with recreational amenities such as a pool, fitness room, surf simulator, and tennis and padel courts.
