Zaha Hadid's Largest Airport Terminal in the World

Beijing will be the home of the worlds largest airport terminal and Zaha Hadid's architects are designing it. Initially accommodating 45 million passengers per year, the new terminal will be adaptable and sustainable, operating in many different configurations dependant on varying aircraft and passenger traffic throughout each day. Large sweeping, non-conforming arches, spans and curved angles on the interior have Hadid's design mark on them.

Matsuhisa comes to Munich

Mandarin Oriental Munich in Novembar welcomes new restaurant, the famous ‘Matsuhisa’ brand. It’s the fifth restaurant around the globe of the celebrated chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa which serves ‘New Style Japanese-Peruvian’ cuisine. The menu will have an emphasis on seafood, featuring signature dishes such as the legendary Black Cod and Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi with jalapeños, alongside grilled lamb cooked over tealeaves with Peruvian Anticucho sauce, as well as traditionally prepared sushi.

Harrods £20 million Makeover

The famous Harrods, a landmark of London is glaming up its entrance with £20 million rennovation. Founded in 1834 it was the first to bring escalators to England. Now is the time to spice it up with a bigger entrance hall, sixteen new double-escalators, restoration of old windows and a glass dome. Harrods will be even more tempting with its revamping look.

End Of An Era

London’s moving landmarks – the famous black „old school“ taxis are to be replaced by new electric cabs. In 2018 London’s zero emission requirement for taxis is to be started, therefore the need for change has knocked on the door. The TX5 will be launched in the UK at the end of 2017. New taxis have better performances than the old ones and the manufacturer has managed to keep the soul of the London’s famous taxis. The comfort of the passengers and drivers is focused upon and of course the most important thing on the emission free drive. We look forward to the new ride.

MANDARIN ORIENTAL HYDE PARK LAUNCHES ITS CHRISTMAS PACKAGE WITH HARRODS

This Christmas, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London will join hands with Harrods to offer its guests some holiday cheer with a unique Harrods-themed Afternoon Tea. The hotel will also take pride of place in Harrods festive window displays, which will be unveiled on November 1, 2015. Harrods will also take over the Mandarin Oriental’s lobby and the Rosebery and give it a gold and red color scheme. This display, debuting November 27, will feature a Christmas tree in the center of the lobby.
